To extend the shelf life of bearings, store them in their original, sealed packaging. The duration of storage also relies on the environmental conditions of the storage site. It's advisable to keep the storage area cool, dry, moderately ventilated, and as dust-free as feasible. To ensure prolonged storage, maintain a uniform temperature with minimal temperature fluctuations, ideally less than 8°C variance.
Avoid storing bearings alongside solvents, fuels, lubricants, chemicals, acids, disinfectants, and similar substances to prevent potential contamination.
Consider employing dehumidifier to maintain relative humidity within recommended levels.
